Welcom to Ichon Ceramic Ware Festival! Korean porcelains of ancient
Korea Dynasty, with a graceful, aristocratic curve
line and a translucent, pale green glaze, whose
color is just like a green jadeite and is called
secret color, and of Chosun Dynasty, with a naive
and elegant beauty and a white color, are glorious,
world-famous, cultural and historical heritages,
and a pride of our nation.
Ichon Ceramic Ware Festival is held around September
or October every year in order to announce the
excellence of Ichon ceramic ware, and to sublimate
the festival in space of regional reconciliation
and unity where visitors take parts in and become
host of festival. Also this festival is of educational
program type to widen the cultural bases of us
and to activate regional economy.

Shin Reuk Sa was built by Buddhist priest Saint
Wonhyo of Shilla Dynasty, which was appointed
by King Sejo, the seventh King of Chosun Dynasty
as the temple for guarding Young Neung, a royal
mausoleum of King Sejong and has seven national
treasures. In the neighborhood, there are Moga
Buddhist Museum, a training institute for young
people, ceramic ware complex, mini golf green,
and various amusement facilities for volleyball,
foot-volleyball, and boat riding etc..
